The hotel can accommodate up to 130 people.

- We are fully equipped with a 49 square meter Japanese-style room and a large banquet hall that can accommodate large groups.

- The fish served at Minshuku Matsubayashi include wild grouper, conger eel, and spiny lobster caught locally in the Kii Channel.
You can enjoy a wide variety of seafood.
Everything is freshly picked! Enjoy the seasonal flavors!
We cater for course meals, celebrations, memorial services, and various banquets for 2 to 90 people, as well as dining in private rooms.
■"Wild Grouper"course

- Grouper is caught almost throughout the year.
The grouper found in the "Matsubayashi" is a natural species of grouper.
It is said that there are so few wild groupers that even professional fishermen cannot catch many of them.
Its mild yet fatty flavor makes it such a highly valued fish that it is said "once you've eaten grouper, you can't eat any other fish."
It has a chewy texture and is rich in gelatin and collagen, making it a great food for women.
It tastes best when served in a hot pot.
